Book with your local Hawkesbury and Hills District Women's Health Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Massage Therapist or Pilates Instructor below.

Online booking is available for all appointments.

Important Booking Information for NEW CLIENTS

If you are a NEW client (never been to our clinic OR haven't been in 12months), you MUST book an INITIAL CONSULTATION in the service of your choice (e.g. Women's Health Physio Initial Consultation). This is important as all our initial consultations are 1hour duration to enable us to provide the best service. ​

💡Booking Recommendations: To maintain consistency and support your progress, we recommend booking four weekly 45-minute follow-up sessions in advance after your initial consultation. We’ll adjust the frequency and duration as needed, but booking ahead helps ensure you get times that suit you and avoid treatment delays.​

Please review the options below and select the location that suits you best. You’re welcome to switch between locations for follow-up appointments.

Cancellation Policy

We value your time and our practitioners’ time. To help us run smoothly and make sure everyone gets the care they need, please take note of our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:

Appointment Cancellation less than 12 hours / no show

100% of the appointment's value

Appointment Cancellation within 12-24 hours of appointment

50% of the appointment's value

Appointment Cancellation more than 24 hours of appointment

No cancellation fee

Cancellations & Reschedules

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee, as it’s often too late to offer the appointment to someone else.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

Cancellations can be made via the link in your confirmation email, by replying to your text reminder, or by emailing us at admin@womenshealthhub.au.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. However, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full consultation fee still applies.

Appointment Reminders

We’ll always do our best to send reminder texts for upcoming appointments. Very occasionally, reminders may not come through due to technical issues. To avoid any mix-ups, we encourage clients to keep a personal note of their bookings as well.

In Case of Emergencies

We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected challenges your way. If an emergency arises, please let us know as soon as possible so we can support you and reschedule if needed.

Why This Policy Matters

Your appointment time is set aside especially for you. Late changes or missed sessions mean another client misses out on care and our team loses valuable time to help others. Thank you for understanding and helping us care for our community.
