Services for Men
While our name reflects our focus on women’s health, we are equally committed to supporting men in their physical wellbeing. At Women’s Health Hub, we offer a range of evidence-based services tailored to meet the unique needs of men across all life stages.
Our experienced team of Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, Massage Therapist, and Pilates instructor work collaboratively to help men recover from injury, improve mobility and strength, manage chronic conditions, and achieve their health goals in a supportive and professional environment.
Our services that also cater to men include:
EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGY
While we specialise in women's health, we are dedicated to supporting all members of our community, including men.
Our Exercise Physiologist works holistically, considering your unique circumstances to provide tailored guidance and education that empowers you to build resilience, improve strength, and achieve your goals—regardless of your starting point.

MASSAGE THERAPY
At Women’s Health Hub, our highly trained Massage Therapist provides expert care for clients of all ages and conditions.
Whether you’ve injured yourself playing sport, at work, or during everyday activities, our Massage Therapist can help restore your strength and mobility. For significant injuries, we’ll collaborate with our Physiotherapists to ensure a complete assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan, with referrals to specialists if required.

Private & Duo Studio Pilates
We exclusively offer private or duo sessions to ensure you get the most out of your experience; we believe in quality and care, allowing us to provide personalised attention.
After your initial session, you can choose to continue with 1:1 sessions or join a friend for a duo session. Our equipment allows us to modify movement patterns, ensuring you receive the right level of challenge and support.

Group Mat Pilates
Men also join our Mat Pilates sessions, and love them!
Our Mat Pilates sessions offer an all-inclusive program that targets all areas of the body and movement planes. Delivered in a group setting with a maximum of 12 participants, we ensure quality instruction and appropriate modifications tailored to individual needs.
