GROUP MAT PILATES

An All-Inclusive Program

Our Mat Pilates sessions offer an all-inclusive program that targets all areas of the body and movement planes. Delivered in a group setting with a maximum of 12 participants, we ensure quality instruction and appropriate modifications tailored to individual needs.

 

This class incorporates small Pilates props, such as chi balls and magic circles, making it suitable for everyone. We provide different class focuses, covering a range of clients from injury rehabilitation to injury prevention and catering to levels from beginner to advanced.

Online Mat Pilates Classes Available

Our online mat pilates classes are the perfect opportunity to move within the comfort of your own home—ideal for those who are time-poor, running after children, or simply prefer the familiarity of their surroundings.

 

What sets these sessions apart is that, unlike typical online videos, we actively demonstrate when required but then step back to watch, providing verbal cues for corrections.

 

Our face-to-face classes are very similar, with the added benefit of hands-on cueing to enhance your experience.

  • Thursday | 7:00 PM: Beginner to Advanced Face-to-Face

PREGNANCY & POSTPARTUM PILATES 

Personalised Pilates through every stage of pregnancy & recovery

At Women’s Health Hub, our Studio & Rehab Pilates is designed for every body, with personalised, guided movement tailored to support your individual needs.

We also specialise in supporting clients through pregnancy and postpartum, with the expertise to assess and thoughtfully prescribe Pilates programs that adapt to your changing body, from the first through to the fourth trimester.

Pregnancy and postpartum bring unique physical changes that affect how your body moves, feels, and responds to exercise, and not all Pilates classes are equipped to adjust for these changes safely. But that doesn’t mean you should stop. With the right guidance, you can continue to move safely and confidently.

 

Our team can prescribe and tailor your Pilates program based on your stage, whether you are:

  • Currently pregnant

  • Early postpartum

  • Gradually returning to exercise

 

This ensures your exercises are appropriate, supported, and aligned with your body’s needs.

Many general Pilates classes follow a standard structure, which may not account for:

  • Pelvic floor considerations

  • Abdominal changes

  • Load and pressure management

  • Birth preparation 

  • Recovery timelines after birth

PRIVATE & DUO STUDIO PILATES

Experience our fully equiped boutique Pilates studio

We offer Private and Duo Equipment Pilates sessions tailored to your individual needs. Each new client begins with a 1:1 session to assess your body and create a personalised exercise program focused on optimal alignment and muscle activation.

 

We exclusively offer private or duo sessions to ensure you get the most out of your experience; we believe in quality and care, allowing us to provide personalised attention. After your initial session, you can choose to continue with 1:1 sessions or join a friend for a duo session. Our equipment allows us to modify movement patterns, ensuring you receive the right level of challenge and support.

Rehabilitation-trained Instructors

What sets our instructors apart is their specialised rehabilitation training. All our studio instructors are rehabilitation-trained, making them well-equipped to support all clients, whether you're recovering from an injury, managing a health condition, or simply looking to enhance your wellness.

They have invested significant time and effort to obtain their certifications and continue to refine their skills through ongoing professional development.
