Personalised Guidance with Expert Care
Each class begins with a 1:1 consultation with our knowledgeable Exercise Physiologist, Laura.
She’ll assess your needs, recommend tailored modifications, and prescribe exercises to help you achieve your goals.
With only 5-6 participants per session, you’ll receive personalised attention in every class.
Plus, if you have private health insurance, you may be eligible to claim these sessions.

Bump & Beyond is designed for women who are pregnant or postpartum, helping you build strength and flexibility while supporting your core and pelvic floor health. Whether you’re preparing for labour and birth or recovering postpartum, these classes provide expert guidance and support tailored to your journey.
Pregnancy Support
We’ll help prepare your body for labour and birth, equipping you with knowledge and exercises to support yourself through every trimester and during the early postpartum period.
Postpartum Recovery
For those recovering from birth, we focus on rebuilding strength, control, and confidence, helping you return to exercise and achieve your goals safely and effectively.
Personalised Guidance in a Small Group Setting
With only 5-6 participants per class, you’ll receive personalised attention and education from our experienced Exercise Physiologist, Laura.
